What is this 80:20 ?

Almost all working in corporate world must have heard about this. but still today no body is serious about this and day by day this ratio is increasing.

80:20 means it is a ratio of non working employee vs working employee. In almost all the offices in world only 20% of employee do work and 80% enjoys. Today with the new work culture, I feel this ratio is increasing as most of the employees don’t want to work. They just want big money for small work.

I seen many such cases and they are so lucky that even they get the places like this.

Episode 1: Babulal Ke Kise

Babulal is a comedy role played by Jonny Lever in some movie. where he always used to forgot many things of day to day activities. we also have same feature Babulal at our 26B and here I am going to talk about Kise of 26B Babulal.

Here we go the very first kisa – Babulal’s Dedication

One day Babulal and Panpaliyaji went to market. They were in market for almost 4 fours doing great shopping. while returning to home Babulal thought to put some fuel in his bike (Pulsar 150CC). He stopped the bike in front of one petrol pump and asked panpaliyaji to wait for him so that he will take the petrol. That there is some traffic at petrol pump, so panpaliyaji was waiting for our so called Babulal. But Panpaliyaji has seen that Babulal has taken the petrol paid the amount and went straight to home. After reaching home when the other members asked where is Panpaliya ? that time Babulal recalled that he forget to pick up him and he is at petrol.
