What is this 80:20 ?
Almost all working in corporate world must have heard about this. but still today no body is serious about this and day by day this ratio is increasing.
80:20 means it is a ratio of non working employee vs working employee. In almost all the offices in world only 20% of employee do work and 80% enjoys. Today with the new work culture, I feel this ratio is increasing as most of the employees don’t want to work. They just want big money for small work.
I seen many such cases and they are so lucky that even they get the places like this.

I did hear some other thing about the 80:20 rule.. Its related to marriage. In your marriage your wife is always 80% of your expectation. While the other 20% is the affair a person has with a girl outside marriage. So you think this girl is good and you start going on with her and forget your wife. Then comes a time when you leave your wife only to realise a bit later in your life that you left the 80 percent for this 20%.
