Market Value is nothing but the current salary what an employee should get from an employer apart from current or previous. Then what is salary?
“Salary is defined as remuneration received by an individual for services rendered by him to undertake a contract whether it is expressed or implied.”
Salary is the term which always runs in the mind of an employee whether he is a CEO or Junior resource of the organization. An employee should always know what is his market value and what he is getting? As most of the time salary is the constraint which motivates the employees to shift/change the job.
